What happens after I choose a plan?
Send your payment through bKash or TapTap Send, then submit the transaction details. We verify the payment before activating your account. Your status page will explain whether it is pending, needs correction, or is active.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free trial offers 2 hours of streaming, with the countdown starting on first play. Start playback within 48 hours of receiving the trial. Eligibility and daily availability apply. Open the trial page ↗
What does “simultaneous devices” mean?
A 1-device plan lets you use one device at a time. Choose 2 devices if two people will use the account at once—for example, one on a phone and one on a TV. You can switch devices; the plan sets the simultaneous-session limit.
Will I be charged again? Can I get a refund?
There is no automatic renewal. Pay once for the period you choose and renew when you want. If it isn’t right for you, email us within 24 hours of activation to request a refund under the current refund policy.
I already have an account. Do I need a new one?
No. Use your existing account email when renewing. Your account, saved titles, and viewing history carry over. You can also buy a gift using the separate recipient option during checkout.
