What happens after a notice

We may remove or restrict access to material identified in a complete, valid notice. We may also notify the affected user or content provider and provide them with a copy of the notice.

Incomplete notices may delay our response. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice may result in liability.

Counter-notification

If material you submitted was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, plus consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and acceptance of service from the original complainant.

Send counter-notifications to the same email address with the subject DMCA Counter-Notification.

Repeat infringement

Where appropriate, MojaLoss may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We may also remove material or take other reasonable action when circumstances warrant.
